This is the first training in the Recovery Coach Training Series needed to become a Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) for the State of NH. Based on the Art & Science of Peer Assisted Recovery curriculum, this 32-hour training prepares you to serve people seeking recovery from addiction as a Recovery Coach.
Covers: You role, ethics, personal biases, importance of language, stigma, motivational interviewing, strength-based approach, and supporting all paths to recovery. Learn to build trusting relationships and help people pursue their personal recovery goals.
This is the 2nd training in the Recovery Coach Training Series required for the State of NH CRSW license.
This training is an in-depth exploration of professional ethics standards for recovery coaches and behavioral health practitioners and aligns with national recovery coach guidelines.
Covers: professional boundaries, confidentiality, dual relationships, cultural humility, mandatory reporting obligations, and navigating complex ethical dilemmas in real-world recovery support settings.
This is the 3rd training in the Recovery Coach Training Series.
This 16-hour evidence-based training equips recovery coaches and other behavioral health professionals with the skills to identify the warning signs of suicidal ideation (suicidal thoughts), engage in open and compassionate conversations, and connect individuals to life-saving resources.
Covers: QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) methodology, crisis intervention strategies, and post-intervention follow-up practices.
This is the 4th training in the Recovery Coach Training Series required for the NH CRSW license.
This training trains coaches, behavioral health professionals, and practitioners to support clients living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS with compassion, clinical accuracy, and deep sensitivity to the unique challenges they face.
Covers: HIV/AIDS transmission, prevention strategies, stigma reduction, and the intersection of substance use and HIV risk.
This comprehensive Prime For Life course meets the mandatory 20-hour educational requirement for most people to get their license back.
This evidence-based program addresses alcohol and drug risk behavior and supports lasting change.
You will receive professional evaluations if you referred yourself to us for a voluntary assessment, or if you were referred through the court system.
