Recovery Coach Supervision

We offer supervision for a new license, and ongoing supervision to keep it active.
TYPE: Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) license for NH ‍

BEFORE STARTING SUPERVISION:

  • Complete 46 hours of Recovery Coach education (see Trainings for more info)

  • Print out the CRSW Checklist HERE

  • Fill out the OPLC Universal Application for Licensure HERE

  • Fill out the Initial Certification Application for Recovery Support Workers HERE

  • Fill out a Supervision Agreement HERE and our Supervisor will sign it.

  • Mail the applications and the Supervision Agreement with a check for $76.00 made out to:

    Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC)

  • After the supervision agreement is approved, you can begin receiving up to 3 hours
    of supervision each month (on Zoom) until you have completed 25 hours.

    FOR LICENSURE COMPLETE:

  • Provide 475 hours of recovery coaching (paid or volunteer)

  • Register for the Exam HERE Get a Free Study Guide HERE

  • Receive 25 hours of supervision and keep a log showing the dates, times, and supervisor name

  • Complete, notarize, and submit a State of NH Background Check HERE

  • Refer to the Checklist: gather all parts of the Application to submit to the OPLC
