Your Recovery Coach

Our Recovery Coaches have lived experience with alcoholism or addiction
and a great understanding of the struggle to start and sustain recovery.

We relate to challenges in new recovery, and help you see the power of positive
thinking and choices to improve your quality of life.

What Do Coaches Do?

  • Meet Weekly or Every Other Week With You

  • Discuss Substance Use & Life Consequences

  • Find Treatment (if requested)

  • Find Recovery Support Groups & Meetings

  • Review Employment & Housing Situations

  • Help with Financial Income & Debt

  • Make referrals to agencies to help with family, relationships,
mental health legal issues, and other needed social services.

Together, we create a Goals Plan listing goals and challenges to reach them.
We also work together to remove obstacles that might be holding you back.

You have the option to meet in-person, on Zoom, or speak over the phone weekly, every other week, or 1ce a month ~ it’s your call.
