Already a Recovery Coach? Get Supervision Required to Become a CRSW.

We offer the required Recovery Coach Supervision needed to earn your New Hampshire Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) license.

After completing the educational requirements to become a Recovery Coach, you need to complete 475 hours of recovery coaching and receive 25 hours of supervision.


PRIOR TO RECEIVING SUPERVISION:

1) Fill out and submit the Universal Application for Licensure HERE.

2) Fill out and submit a supervision agreement HERE.

3) Mail the universal application, and supervision agreement to:
